My toaster limped and struggled almost all of it's long two year
history. Hell, I'm lucky I had not bought the cheappo jobbie, I may
have ben pissed off if I only got one month out of it. I am not into
creating pollution and garbage so I try to purchase products that will
last a long time.  

HAY, I bet I found a better toaster! I just picked up a nice used 1976
toaster, and I bet you I will never land it in the garbage fill (land)? and
that means that I will not cause a whole bunch of pollution to have a
new one for me!

Ain't I a nice man? am I not considerate to my brothers and sisters of
tomorrow?
